The Attitude of Academic Teachers to the E-Learning Tools Development at Higher Education Institutions


The e-learning platform has become a standard of quality at the university. It is the determinant of the modern university. It proves its competitiveness. Despite this, there is a common belief that the academic community is not ready to adopt new teaching methods. The article investigates this issue. It contains the answer to the question on how the e-learning methods are perceived by the academic teachers who do not have an IT background.
