E-learning in Humanities – Methodology of the Course „The Sixties: The Beatles and Their Time”
Abstract
The Sixties: The Beatles and Their Time is an online course designed for all the interested students of the University of Warsaw. It presents the history and the culture of the sixties in Western Europe and the USA, combined with and illustrated by the history of The Beatles. This unusual combination helps to attract the students to that course and then helps to maintain high level of motivation. The paper explains the organization of the course, presents its layout and the teaching methods used.
